A bit about me

I have always adored working in fashion on the wholesale and retail side - it never felt like a job. There was something exhilarating about seeing the new arrivals and knowing instantly which clients to call. For several years, I worked for Saks 5th Avenue and had a vibrant client list. Most recently, after 3.5 years ,I stepped away from the women’s atelier, Isoude, located in Newport RI, to bring the focus back to my personal shopping business. While at Isoude, I worked directly with founder/creative director Kate Brierly in styling clients in RTW, Made to Order and Couture.

I firmly believe that we should invest in the best quality clothing that we can, particularly in classics; however, I can high-low shop with the best of them. There is nothing ordinary with being "classic" - it's incredibly chic when done right.  I am a huge fan of the capsule wardrobe concept. It's how I shop and dress, but with on-trend pieces sprinkled throughout.

I also can't fail to mention that, yes, my closets often look like bombs went off, I typically have zero time to style my hair, and most days I'm running around in sneakers - I have two energetic boys that keep me busy. However, nothing beats a fabulous pair of shoes and a blow-out.

What excites me:

Interesting People, Spicy Margaritas, Great Cheese, Charcuterie, Live Music & Designer Shoes.
